Senior Director of Prospect Research and Management (Administrator II) - University Development San Francisco
The Senior Director of Prospect Research and Management (Senior Director, PRM) is a key member of the San Francisco State University Development team, with responsibility for leadership and direction of the University’s robust prospect research and management program. The Senior Director, PRM is the business owner and leads the provision of comprehensive prospect research and relationship management services for all University gift officers, including setting the vision for these areas, guiding the program toward best-in-class services, and proactively identifying creative solutions to complex challenges, particularly through the lenses of campaign readiness and effective CRM utilization. The Senior Director, PRM plans, organizes, and implements the operations of the PRM unit aligned with the University’s fundraising goals, ensuring that University Development has a thriving prospect pipeline, gift officers’ portfolios are continually refreshed, and information and data regarding major donors and prospects are provided and tracked. The Senior Director builds relationships across University Development and serves as a key partner to development officers by leading the unit in prospect development and management, including prospect identification and qualification, strategy development, major gift prospect analysis, data analytics, and project management. The Senior Director provides leadership to the PRM team (currently two professionals), ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards, and oversees the prospect management and tracking system using Raiser’s Edge NXT. The Senior Director, PRM is a motivated, self-directed individual who works without close supervision to successfully lead PRM and support the achievement of the fundraising goals of the University.
Sexual Violence Prevention Education & Case Manager (Student Services Professional IV) - Division of Student Life/SAFE Place San Francisco
Under the general supervision of the SAFE Place Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of sexual violence prevention education on campus. Additionally, this position will serve as a bridge to and work closely with the Basic Needs Stability Coordinator to provide services for students experiencing domestic and intimate partner violence locate safe and immediate on and off campus housing. Other partners that this position will work closely with includes the Dean of Students Office, Food+Shelter+Success, Housing, Dining, & Conference Services; Associated Students; First Year Experience Committee; Veteran’s Services, Disability Programs & Resource Center, Career Services & Leadership Development, and the Case Management Team within the Division of Student Life (DOS).The incumbent will facilitate outreach, education, and trainings for the campus community to increase the visibility of the SAFE Place and housing security resources, implement sexual assault prevention, and promote health equity, social justice, cultural humility, and diversity concepts. The incumbent will also provide strategic and holistic case management to any student needing housing, food, or financial support during a crisis that overlaps with SAFE’s mission.
